I have a thing for Shrimp, it’s recent, but I suddenly enjoy cooking with Shrimps. Whether it’s a main course or an appetizer, its something worth enjoying. Here is one of my favorite grilled shrimp recipes:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 KG of Shrimp
  • 3 TBSP of Lemon
  • 3 TBSP of EVOO
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 2 TSP Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Smoked Paprkia
  • 1/2 TSP Cumin
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP White Pepper

Directions

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except for Shrimps, once mixed thoghouly add shrimp (which needs to be thawed and drained) and marinte for 30 minutes.

Place Shrimp in Skewers (If you’re using wooden they need to be soaked in water first)

Drizzle Olive Oil on your grill and grill the skwerers on both sides until your shrimp is no longer pink.

Enjoy alone or with some white rice.
