We love dining at the Grand Hyatt Amman, especially on Wednesdays when they host theme nights and serve different cuisines! This time it was the perfect combination, Satay for him, Sushi for me!
When I think Sushi Buffet, a little piece of me cringes, I think mass production, unfresh, and just boring! But knowing that the Grand Hyatt has splendid standards, I made a reservation for four.
The sushi rolls were nothing less than hide end perfection, delightful and deserves a round of applause.
The variety and display were up to my sushi addiction standards, although I was surprised by the lack of Sashimi, the salmon usuzukuri made it up, because i went for a second and a third helping! YUM!
The Satay according to Oz and our guests was delicious, the peanut dipping sauce just perfect and the skewers juicy down to the last bite. I didn’t try the lamb or beef, but I did take a bite out of the chicken, oh la la! On account of not ruining my palette for the night, i cleansed with some ginger and moved back to my Sushi devotion.
The truth is that you can’t go wrong with any theme night hosted at 32 North restaurant. Check out my video review below and don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
Sushi Satay Night was hosted at the Grand Hyatt Amman on March 28th. It was served from 7 to 10 PM at a rate of 20++ JOD (all you can eat + soft drinks) per person.
Highly recommend you check it out the next time they host it.
