  • 4Beets cubed (Boiled or roasted)
  • 1/2 Cupcubed Feta cheese
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • 1/3 cuplemon juice
  • 1/3 cupparsley or green onions (Optional for garnish)
  • Salt/pepper to taste

الطريقة

  1. Boil beats until tender. Peel, cube and allow to cool down completely before using in this recipe.
  2. In a bowl whisk olive oil, lemon. parsley or green onions.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the cubed beets.
  4. Top with feta cheese and serve.
