<p>These are so amazing, my whole family devoured them. Thank goodness the recipe can be doubled or tripled.</p>

<p>It is a favorite among many, adults and children alike. Today I made this mouth watering shawerma, thats on spot with the spices and so melts in your mouth thanks to my smart pot.</p>

Thin down with cold water gradually as needed. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6671-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Also prepare your tomatoes and onions by cutting them thin. I use a mandoline for this task. I also season the onions with a TBSP of sumac. I would half it  if you&#039;re trying it for the first time and adjust as I go. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6671-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">By now the beef should be done. Release the pressure of your electric cooker and open the lid. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6671-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Click the sautee function and allow to cook until the liquid has dried up from the beef. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6671-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons tahini sauce in the center of each tortilla. Here is my lazy Friday recipe for a chicken homemade Shawerma. I prepare the marinade at 9 AM and keep it in the fridge till 12 PM. I take it out and let it sit at room temperature for 30 – 40 minutes before baking it. Bringing the chicken up to room temp allow it to cook evenly, and retain juices.</p>
