For the first bowl mix together flour and salt.
For the second bowl, mix together eggs and white vinegar.
For the third bowl, mix bread crumbs, panko crumbs, salt and spices.
Dip the sticks in the flour bowl, then the egg bowl, and the bread bowl
I like to give them an extra crunch so dip again in the egg bowl and coat with the breading for a second time
