- 300 grams Feta Cheese
- 1/8 cup Shatta
- 250 grams Labneh
- Zaatar Thyme for rolling
Mix the feta cheese,Labaneh, and Shatta (chilli) and shape into equal sized balls.
Roll in Thyme and keep inyour fridge up to 1 week.
