A popular American dish, you could enjoy a cobb salad as a side dish or even a whole bowl as a main dish all to your self. Colorful and flavorful with lots of ingredients, this is how I enjoy mine.
Cobb Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts grilled and chopped into thin sliced
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red Onion cut into sliced
- 3 Spring Onions minced finely
- 2 Eggs Boiled and cooled
- 2 Tomatoes diced Finely
- 1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce shredded into bite size piece
- Bleu Cheese Optional
- Bacon Optional
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- In a plate arrange lettuce, then distribute remaining ingredients on top.
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing (ranch is a great match) and enjoy.
