Ramadan is upon us! كل سنة و انتو سالمين

For families who are fasting specially those with young children, meal prep can be time consuming – which is why I like to use the week before Ramadan to prepare whatever I can freeze (including soups and appetizers).

But it’s also important to plan meals in advance. It might take 30 minutes to an hour per week to do all of the jotting down and writing but it’s certainly worth it specially that we are living in a pandemic and we need to limit going out for groceries, as well as food waste.
