Perfect for summer cookouts, BBQs and potlucks!
Ingredients
- 500 gram box of Fusilli Pasta
- 1 Green pepper diced into cubes
- 1 Large tomatoes diced into cubes
- 1 Red onion diced into cubes
- ¼ Cup Corn
- 2 Carrots diced into cubes
Dressing Ingredients
- ¾ Cup light Mayo
- ¾ Cup Mayo
- 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk all recipe ingredients together and place in fridge until serving time
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and run under cold water until cools down
- Mix all salad ingredients together with cold pasta thoroughly
- Add salad dressing to mix and enjoy
