Perfect for summer cookouts, BBQs and potlucks!


  • 500 gram box of Fusilli Pasta
  • 1 Green pepper diced into cubes
  • 1 Large tomatoes diced into cubes
  • 1 Red onion diced into cubes
  • ¼ Cup Corn
  • 2 Carrots diced into cubes

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup light Mayo
  • ¾ Cup Mayo
  • 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper to taste


  1. Whisk all recipe ingredients together and place in fridge until serving time
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and run under cold water until cools down
  3. Mix all salad ingredients together with cold pasta thoroughly
  4. Add salad dressing to mix and enjoy
