One of my favorite Armenian restaurants serves a delicious and mouth watering Pomelo Salad! It’s Middle Eastern food with an Armenian influence, and it’s delicious I could order one all to my self. One day I decided to do a spin off at home, and it was so good my mom asked me for a plate the next time she was entertaining people at her home.
1 Pomelo Fruit
Mushrooms (Optional but always use fresh not canned)
1/4 Cup Mayyonnaise
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Evoo
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
2 TBSP Lemon
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP White Pepper
Whisk all dressing ingredients and set aside
Arrange the ice berg lettuce on a plate, followed by the baby spinach and top with cherry tomatoes, pomelo fruit, and white cheese cubes.
