2 Eggs

1 Ripe Avocado

Cilantro for Garnish



Cut Avocado in half and talk out the seed

Crack each egg in a bowl and separate the yolks from the whites. For a perfectly placed egg every time, you want to add the yolk first and then fill in the remaining space with the whites

Place in the oven for around 12 minutes until the egg is fully cooked through and enjoy
