I have a thing or two for Tacos. I find them effortless to make, and they are just delicious. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking, I resort to making them as they are a quick fix, and the ingredients are always within arms reach in the fridge.
Ingredients
• 350 grams beef
• medium onion, chopped
• taco shells or trays
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• ¾ cup salsa
• ¾ cup sour cream
• 1 Cup Mexican Blend Cheese
Taco Seasoning
• 1 TBSP Chili Powder
• ¼ TSP Garlic Powder
• ½ TSP Paprika
• 1 TSP Salt
• 1 TSP White Pepper
• 1 ½ TSP Cumin
Mexican Blend Cheese
If you don’t have store bough cheese, mix the below shredded finely.
Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla and Asadero Cheeses.
Directions:
1. Heat oil and cook beef and onion mixture seasoned with the Taco Seasoning thoroughly
2. Heat Tacos in your oven for 3 – 5 minutes
3. Assemble tacos by layering beef, topped with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, followed by Salsa and sour cream
