Fresh Summer Veggie Rolls are perfect for the Spring, Summer, and anytime you want to enjoy the fresh deliciousness of veggies.


  • Rice paper
  • 1 Cucumber Cut in half and lengthwise into smaller cuts
  • 1 Carrot Cut in half and lengthwise into smaller cuts
  • Lettuce leaves (Consider romaine instead of iceberg)
  • Avocado cut into thin slices
  • Any other vegetable you’d like to add is fine
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Dipping Sauce

  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup finely chopped spring onions
  • ¼ TSP Ginger Powder
  • 1 TSP Sesame Seeds


  • Fill a large bowl with warm water and dip each wrapper for a few seconds until it softens
  • Place ingredients across the center leaving the sides uncovered
  • Fold the sides inwards then roll tightly like a spring roll and roll in sesame seeds for garnish
