Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 4 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda

Directions

  • In a food processor, add water first followed by all ingredients.
  • Mix until it comes together and no lumps are left.
  • Let the mixture mix for at least 15 minutes before you start making it.
  • Cook in a non-stick skillet on medium low heat until it forms bubbles across the entire surface.
  • Take off heat and cover with kitchen towel until completely cool.
  • Stuff with walnuts and cheese, seal and freeze.
  • When you want to take them out, make sure to let them thaw for at least two hours at room temperature covered by a tea towel before baking or frying.
