Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 4 TBSP Sugar
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
Directions
- In a food processor, add water first followed by all ingredients.
- Mix until it comes together and no lumps are left.
- Let the mixture mix for at least 15 minutes before you start making it.
- Cook in a non-stick skillet on medium low heat until it forms bubbles across the entire surface.
- Take off heat and cover with kitchen towel until completely cool.
- Stuff with walnuts and cheese, seal and freeze.
- When you want to take them out, make sure to let them thaw for at least two hours at room temperature covered by a tea towel before baking or frying.
