How do you make mozzarella sticks? This recipe starts with sticks of string cheese, that I used to pack in my kids lunch boxes before COVID happened and they went to school.
Instead of getting a whole block of Mozzarella cheese, I felt this is easier since they are already cut the size I want them. You can make them smaller by cutting in half.
